- 1/3 cup water (for a thicker consistency subtract 1-2 tbsp)
- 2 fresh bananas
- 1 1/4 cup frozen cherries
- 1 cup frozen pineapple
- 1 teaspoon maca powder
- Add the water and bananas into blender and blend on low until well combined…
- Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.
- Divide into bowls and enjoy!
Blueberry, Spinach and Almond Energizer Smoothie
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 1/2 tbsp almond butter
How To Make
- Add ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
- Divide into glasses and enjoy!
Avocado and Mango Balancing Smoothie Bowl
- 1/3 – 2/3 cup water (depending on how thick you want the consistency to be)
- 1/2 avocado
- 2 small handfuls of spinach
- 2 fresh bananas (sliced)
- 5 cups frozen mango
How To Make
- Blend the water and avocados first. Then add the spinach and bananas.
- Finally add in the mangos. Blend until smooth.
- Divide into bowls and serve.
