The Form Practice have two highly experienced instructors who offer pilates lessons on Mondays through Wednesdays. We regularly attract people from all over Cambridge and the surrounding locations.

Studies have shown that regular pilates offers a wide range of benefits, including improving your posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility. That’s why it’s frequently practiced by athletes and dancers to develop their body strength and reduce their risk of injury.

Pilates has been proven to improve a person’s mental wellbeing- it can de-stress and relax the mind along with the body. However, it’s important to choose classes which are suited to your strength and ability.

We offer smaller classes in Cambridge which are ideal for anybody who wants plenty of  attention or one to ones for those using Pilates equipment, such as the reformer, trapeze table, chair and ladder barrel.

The Form Practice can provide either gentle less intensive workouts, or those which are more strenuous and can help you lose weight. Our instructors are passionate about pilates and provide all the equipment needed to get started, including magic circles and hand weights.

Since pilates teachers are not medically qualified, it’s important to check with your GP if you have an injury.
