We have two experienced instructors who teach people at all levels. Our classes include equipment and reformer pilates sessions with Jon on Monday, running from 8am to 8pm and Wednesday from 2pm to 8pm. We use the finest quality equipment to help you during every class.

We also have classes run by Melanie, with three 60 minute classes for all levels every Wednesday starting at 1230 and 18.30, and Saturday at 9.30am.
