Meditation

We are delighted to host a free meditation evening once a month. This is not a religious group and there will be no specific teachings, although guided meditation can be provided. It is mainly intended as quiet space to enjoy your own way of meditating with the benefits of doing so in a group. Followed by a warming cup of tea and an opportunity to chat.
