We are delighted to offer fitness classes and personal training at The Form Practice. For us it’s really important to have a trainer who has adequate qualifications and experience. All of our team are tried and tested by us personally to ensure you are in safe hands.
Viki will be taking individual Personal Training bookings for one-to-one for those people who prefer a more personalised experience suited to your individual needs. Viki also offers two types of small classes either indoors or outdoors – one of low intensity; one of high intensity, both with a maximum class size of 6. These will either be in the studio or outdoors when the weather permits.
If you are looking to build up your fitness or haven’t exercised in a while, LISS (low intensity steady state) is a great way to do this. Workouts that involve low-impact cardio and strengthening moves to ‘optimise results and keep you injury-free’. By participating in lower-intensity exercise, you can increase your motivation and still enhance your psychological health. Lower-intensity exercise is beneficial in improving mood, satisfaction and happiness.’ Enjoyable, easy-going and effective.
Viki also offers two high intensity classes each week. A class in which you give 100% effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
