Female Vitality

The pelvic floor plays a major role in the sexual experience, it surrounds the entire vagina and is rightly considered the centre of pleasure. Regular pelvic floor training promotes blood flow in the pelvic floor and facilitates sexual pleasure. PelviPower lets you take back control of your own sexual pleasure.

Postnatal Recovery

Pelvic floor training before and after childbirth is an important preventive measure and helps mothers to heal. Hormonal changes during pregnancy and the stress of childbirth cause a great deal of strain on the pelvic floor. We recommend biofeedback training before childbirth followed by a combination of biofeedback training and magnetic field therapy to help with postnatal recovery

Incontinence

Urinary and Faecal Incontinence can impair your quality of life. Your bladder dominates your daily routines, leaking and loss of urine or faeces put a strain on your everyday life. Absorbent pads are temporary solution – with PelviPower, we help you regain some of your freedom.

Male Vitality

Men require a strong pelvic floor as much as women. The PelviPower RPMS method helps men experiencing erectile dysfunction and impotence. It stimulates blood flow to the genitals and normalises muscle tone in the pelvic floor. PelviPower can also significantly help men affected by incontinence after prostate surgery. Whether it is used in rehab facilities or to prepare for surgery on the urogenital system.

Back Pain

The pelvic floor muscles are closely connected to the back muscles. Weak pelvic floor muscles frequently cause back pain, while poorly developed back muscles and bad posture weaken your pelvic floor. PelviPower training helps to strengthen your pelvic floor and contributes significantly to improving your posture and relaxing the back muscles.

Sport – Preventative Pelvic Floor Training

Why wait until problems arise to start your pelvic floor training? If you strengthen your pelvic floor you can prevent many problems from ever appearing in the first place! Discover and learn to perceive your pelvic floor during your PelviPower training regime and strengthen your body’s core and glutes. Increase your core stability, balance, drive and safety whenever you engage in athletic activities.

“Your clean and friendly clinic ‘The Form Practice’ has liberated me. After years of rushing to find the nearest loo, and sadly not always getting there in time, I found you. After conquering my initial embarrassment (why feel like that when there are millions of us) I made an appointment and am so very glad that I did. I was welcomed and given clear information on what to expect and to achieve.

The PelviPower sessions has made a massive difference to me. I can now go out with confidence and without worry. I would encourage anyone who is suffering with incontinence to make an appointment. It is not an exaggeration to say that I enjoy my outings so much more now. I recommended the treatment to my friend and she, too, is pleased with the results. A big thank you from me.”

The BTL EMSELLA chair is a revolutionary non-invasive and comfortable physiotherapy treatment for men or women suffering from urinary incontinence; mothers with stress incontinence following childbirth; women with decreased sexual satisfaction.

Endorsed by highly regarded gynaecologists worldwide the results of the BTL EMSELLA treatment are truly impressive in improving quality of life.

The BTL EMSELLA treatment uses High Intensity Focused ElectroMagnetic Energy (HIFEM) to stimulate and strengthen all the pelvic floor muscles, not just the subset that can be exercised with voluntary contractions (Kegel exercises).  These stronger pelvic floor muscles restore continence and the confidence to enjoy normal daily activities without fear of losing bladder control.
