Annemette, Claire and Faustine offer the Mummy MOT for 6 weeks after birth. A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal examination for women following both vaginal and C-section deliveries. We run 1-1 sessions in a beautiful new studio with state of the art new pilates equipment.Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates exercises are done on a mat or using special equipment in our studio room, such as the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair. With its system of pulleys and springs, handles and straps, the apparatus can provide either resistance or support, depending on your needs.
