Welcome to the Form Practice

We are a complementary health practice, hidden away in a peaceful setting in Hardwick near Cambridge. Out of the hustle and bustle of town, with plenty of free parking. We are set in a beautiful new barn conversion.

A wonderful group of experienced practitioners providing different therapies. New and acute pain in the body can quickly be remedied with osteopathy. However, we also recognise that in order to alleviate chronic problems that no “one” therapy is the answer. A team approach can be far more beneficial. We know that for certain difficulties such as fertility, an issue close to our heart, it is important to recognise the mind-body-soul connection and we can address all of these aspects together.

We strive to be as clean and green as possible and will only use ethically sourced, natural, vegan and, where possible, organic products. We love Tropic, DoTerra Essential Oils, Organic Coconut oil for massage, recycled paper and pure drinking water filtered by Big Berky.
